Driveway Dumpster Rental Terms

These terms provide an overview of Drop Load Dump's driveway dumpster rental policies. Submitting a booking request does not confirm a reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required rental agreement and payment have been completed.

Rental Pricing

• $299 for the 1-Day Rental period.
• $75 for each additional rental period.
• One ton of disposal weight is included in the rental price.
• Any disposal weight over the included one ton is billed at the current disposal rate.

Rates & Pricing: Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. In the event outdated, incorrect, or conflicting pricing appears anywhere on the Drop Load Dump website, advertisements, or other materials, the current rate quoted by Drop Load Dump at the time the reservation is confirmed will apply. Pricing displayed on the website does not guarantee a rate until the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

$150 Refundable Rental Deposit

A $150 refundable rental deposit is collected with each dumpster rental. The deposit may be applied toward additional amounts owed under the Rental Agreement, including excess disposal weight, additional rental periods, failed pickup fees, prohibited-item charges, damage, or other applicable charges.

After the dumpster is successfully retrieved and disposed of, the final disposal weight and any other applicable charges will be determined. Disposal weight exceeding the included one ton will be charged at the current applicable disposal rate.

Any amounts owed may be deducted from the $150 rental deposit. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. If there are no additional charges, the full $150 deposit will be refunded. If applicable charges exceed the deposit, the customer remains responsible for the remaining balance and will be invoiced for the amount due.

Delivery Area & Mileage

Standard pricing includes delivery within 20 miles of our mailing address at 875 W Red Cliffs Dr. in Washington, Utah. For locations more than 20 miles away, a $2.00 charge applies for each mile beyond the included 20 miles.

Loading the Dumpster

Customers are responsible for loading the dumpster safely. All materials must remain completely inside the dumpster and must not extend above the top or outside of the container.

The dumpster must not be overloaded beyond its safe or legal hauling capacity. Drop Load Dump may require materials to be removed before pickup if the dumpster is overloaded or cannot be safely transported.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not accepted:

• Concrete
• Hazardous waste
• Electronics

Appliances require prior approval and may be subject to additional disposal fees. Additional restrictions may apply based on landfill or disposal facility requirements. Contact Drop Load Dump before loading any appliance.

Dumpster Placement & Property

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup. The delivery area must have sufficient clearance for the dumpster and delivery vehicle.

Drop Load Dump will use reasonable care when delivering, placing, and removing the dumpster. However, the customer accepts the normal risks associated with placing and operating heavy equipment on driveways, pavement, landscaping, and other surfaces.

Rental Period & Pickup

The standard rental period begins at 9:00 AM on the scheduled delivery date and ends at 8:00 AM the following day.

The $299 1-Day Rental charge is a flat rate and is not prorated. Early pickup, early return, or use of the dumpster for less than the full scheduled rental period does not qualify for a partial refund or reduction of the rental charge.

Any use or possession of the dumpster beyond the scheduled 8:00 AM pickup time will result in a $75 additional rental-period charge. This charge applies as soon as the scheduled rental period is exceeded and is not prorated, regardless of how long the dumpster is kept beyond the scheduled pickup time.

Each additional rental period is $75 and extends the scheduled pickup time to 8:00 AM the following day.

The dumpster must be accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. If Drop Load Dump is unable to retrieve the dumpster because of blocked access, parked vehicles, locked gates, overloading, unsafe conditions, or another customer-related issue, a $100 failed pickup fee will be charged.

If pickup cannot be completed, the dumpster will remain the customer's responsibility until Drop Load Dump is able to successfully retrieve it.

For each additional rental period, or portion thereof, that the dumpster remains unavailable for pickup, the customer will be charged the applicable $75 additional rental-period fee.

If the customer's failure to provide access prevents Drop Load Dump from fulfilling a confirmed subsequent reservation, the $75 additional rental-period fee for that affected period will instead be replaced by a charge of up to the then-current standard 1-Day Rental rate. This charge may apply to each confirmed reservation that Drop Load Dump is unable to fulfill as a direct result of the delayed pickup.

The $75 additional rental-period fee and a lost-rental charge will not both be assessed for the same affected rental period.

Payment & Reservation Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.

Drop Load Dump will review the requested dates and contact the customer with the rental agreement and payment instructions. The reservation is confirmed only after the required rental agreement and payment have been completed.

Cancellations & Changes

To cancel or change a reservation, contact Drop Load Dump as soon as possible by calling or texting or emailing info@droploaddump.com.

The rental fee is refundable when a reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. The rental fee becomes non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Reservations made or confirmed within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable as to the rental fee once payment has been completed.

The $150 refundable rental deposit remains separate from the rental fee. If a reservation is canceled before delivery and no additional amounts are owed, the full $150 rental deposit will be refunded.
